Supports U.S. HR and Talent Development operations across onboarding, employee lifecycle administration, data reporting, process improvement, and early-career programs. Coordinates intern and new-graduate cohorts, leadership programs, scheduling, communications, surveys, and feedback processes. Maintains Workday and tracking-system data, improves workflows using technology and AI, and collaborates with Recruiting, Legal, Compliance, Workplace Services, and other partners while handling sensitive information.

Manage month-end close, general ledger integrity, reconciliations, variance analysis, intercompany and equity accounting, consolidations, audit and tax support, and financial reporting across multiple legal entities. Supports EMEA HR Operations and HR Business Partner teams across onboarding, Workday administration, benefits, payroll coordination, employment verifications, compliance, employee lifecycle transactions, reporting, and process improvement. Manages employee-facing HR queries, benefits data, vendor communications, audits, policy updates, and documentation while partnering with Payroll, Legal, Compliance, Recruiting, Talent Development, and business leaders.

Build and maintain scalable data platforms and systems that transform raw market data into validated analytical datasets, including bars, residuals, curves, volatility surfaces, and greeks. Collaborate with trading, research, and external vendor teams to understand datasets and workflows, implement calculations, document technical solutions, and ensure reliable delivery through strong testing and validation practices.

Build and maintain centralized, validated data platforms covering reference, fundamental, market, index, exchange, instrument, and security master datasets. Analyze vendor data, design scalable data models, implement quality controls, resolve processing issues, and partner with quantitative researchers and traders. Provide technical leadership and mentorship while maintaining testing and system design standards across the Core Data team.

Build and improve core trading platforms and research infrastructure, collaborate with quantitative researchers and technologists, enhance scalability and performance of production systems, and increase team productivity as business expands into new markets.

Support a New York trading team by operating and improving production trading infrastructure. Responsibilities include ensuring market connectivity and data availability, monitoring and resolving failed jobs, stabilizing and optimizing pipelines, improving ML and GPU workload performance, developing and testing systems, deploying upgrades, troubleshooting user issues, and maintaining rollout and rollback processes.

Design, implement, and troubleshoot low-latency network infrastructure across global data centers. Use automation and monitoring to diagnose issues, support wired/wireless high-performance networks, communicate impacts to traders and developers, document processes, and collaborate with global teams to maintain trading application availability.
