Drive successful onboarding, adoption, and account growth for enterprise customers by building relationships, visiting clients, using product analytics and ROI analysis, and coordinating upsell opportunities to maximize Net Revenue Retention.

Work directly with customers to design and implement integrations that connect customer data to Rilla's conversational intelligence. Own end-to-end projects from data modeling and large-scale data processing to hacking integrations and full-stack features, iterate quickly with stakeholders, and travel to client sites as needed.

Lead and hire a high-performing Customer Success team while still managing key enterprise accounts. Design onboarding, coaching playbooks, engagement models, and CS metrics (adoption, NRR, account health). Coach CSMs to be consultative advisors, partner cross-functionally, use AI to prioritize work, and turn customer insights into product feedback to drive adoption and expansion.

Lead and build an enterprise sales team, coach reps through complex, multi-stakeholder deals and procurement/security reviews, own forecast and pipeline metrics, run biggest deals alongside reps, define sales process and playbooks, and surface product feedback to influence roadmap. Partner cross-functionally to remove friction and ensure seamless buyer experience.

Lead end-to-end content creation to scale Rillas brand: ideate, write, film, design, edit, publish, and measure video and narrative content across social and growth channels. Own strategy and execution, integrate AI into workflows, capture customer stories, and prove impact on traffic, pipeline, and revenue while iterating quickly.

As a Brand/Graphic Designer, you'll create visual assets for campaigns and events, ensure brand consistency, and collaborate with various teams to enhance Rilla's brand presence.
