Manage Fireworks’ social and developer community presence across platforms. Track trends, create and distribute engaging AI-focused content, monitor analytics, report performance, moderate discussions, support ambassador programs and events, and collaborate with marketing, product, and engineering teams. Use data and community feedback to optimize content, strengthen engagement, and build narratives around AI infrastructure.

Develop, fine-tune, integrate, and deploy machine learning models and AI-powered applications for customers. Build demonstrations and proofs of concept, contribute platform features and bug fixes, enable new models, optimize performance and scalability, and collaborate with go-to-market teams and partners. The role requires strong software engineering, customer-facing communication, and the ability to execute complex technical projects.

Own strategy, roadmap, and metrics for Fireworks’ AI training product across API, UI, and CLI. Work directly with customers running training workloads, turn bespoke ML solutions into self-serve capabilities, and partner with research, engineering, sales, marketing, and field teams on launches, pricing, documentation, and enablement. The role requires strong technical depth in model post-training, end-to-end product ownership, excellent writing, and comfort operating in ambiguity.
