The role ensures reliable pipeline reporting, efficient campaign operations, compliant data practices, aligned marketing priorities, and executive visibility into performance, capacity, and spend.

Own quota-carrying pipeline and revenue through the Microsoft Azure channel. Build relationships with Microsoft field teams, activate co-sell opportunities, manage forecasts and CRM hygiene, develop sales plays and enablement, lead joint business planning, coordinate co-marketing, and relay market intelligence to internal teams. The role requires strong Microsoft ecosystem knowledge and enough technical fluency in AI inference, model serving, and training infrastructure to communicate credibly with technical stakeholders.

Own post-sale technical relationships with strategic enterprise customers from onboarding through production deployment and ongoing adoption. Advise on model selection, fine-tuning, prompt engineering, RAG, agent architecture, and inference optimization. Troubleshoot production issues, coordinate escalations, maintain technical playbooks, represent customer feedback internally, lead QBRs, support renewals, and identify expansion opportunities.

Owns product marketing for Fireworks’ strategic partner ecosystem, including joint positioning, product launches, customer stories, sales enablement, partner activation, and market intelligence. The role develops go-to-market strategies with cloud, GPU, AI platform, and infrastructure partners, coordinates cross-functional launches, and drives partner-sourced pipeline, customer adoption, and revenue growth.

Own full-cycle recruiting for technical engineering and research roles, partnering with founders and hiring managers to define hiring strategies and standards. Source and engage top technical talent, conduct structured screens, deliver strong candidate experiences, close offers, maintain ATS data, report on funnel health, and improve recruiting processes using AI-powered tools. The role requires strong technical fluency and experience hiring senior, hard-to-fill candidates in fast-growing or AI-focused environments.

Owns end-to-end sales compensation for 300+ sellers, including plan design, consumption-based incentive structures, quarterly payout operations, disputes, forecasting, reporting, and automation. Partners with Sales, FP&A, HR, Data Engineering, and GTM Engineering to maintain accurate, auditable commission systems. Extends in-house tooling and builds AI-enabled workflows for plan interpretation, edge-case resolution, regression testing, reporting, and field self-service.
