Contribute to an in-house infra-as-code tool and collaborate across hardware and software teams.

Lead and own end-to-end accounting for a hardware-intensive startup: run close processes, build inventory/WIP/costing and fixed-asset accounting, implement ERP/MES/PLM and automation tools, establish controls and audit readiness, coordinate audits/tax/treasury, partner cross-functionally, and hire and grow the accounting team.
