Own product strategy and complex cross-surface initiatives for Bolt.new, from problem diagnosis through launch. Drive prioritization using customer insight, product quality, business impact, technical feasibility, and metrics including activation, engagement, retention, and expansion. As a Lead Front-End Engineer, you'll own UI architecture, mentor team members, manage technical initiatives, and drive AI-powered feature development.

Lead Bolt's finance function: run monthly/quarterly close and investor/board reporting; own FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, and unit economics; author ASC 606 policies and maintain controls; manage quote-to-cash, invoicing, collections, and deal desk; partner on pricing, packaging, and sales compensation; support audits and SOC 2 readiness; build processes and integrations across ERP, billing, data, and CRM systems.
