Provide project accounting support across budgeting, contracts, billing, accounts receivable, and consultant payables. Prepare contracts and budgets in Deltek Vantagepoint, generate monthly billings, reconcile A/R, support project closeouts, and train/coordinate with project teams to ensure consistency and compliance with firm guidelines.

Develop integrated PR plans, oversee external channels (media, social, paid), manage agencies and budgets, set brand governance, measure KPIs, and contribute hands-on to storytelling, thought leadership, and visibility initiatives.

Oversee design, coordination, modeling, commissioning support, construction administration, mentoring, budget control, and development of engineering standards to deliver energy-efficient building solutions.

Develop construction documents, perform calculations, coordinate multidisciplinary teams, support construction administration, site investigations, and mentor junior staff under engineer direction.
