Resolve questions about oncology tests, billing, orders, and results while maintaining accurate documentation. Coordinate with Sales and clients to address missing data and ensure timely test delivery. Research escalated issues, identify root causes, communicate resolutions, and support process improvements. Requires strong communication, organization, problem-solving, and familiarity with Salesforce and healthcare or diagnostics workflows.
