Own full sales cycle for Basis's largest enterprise accounts: prospect, manage multi-stakeholder opportunities, build executive relationships, close six-figure+ deals, coordinate with customer success and technical teams, define enterprise sales playbooks, and mentor new sellers.

The Senior Engineering Recruiter will partner with the Head of Talent to source and manage candidates, focusing on tech positions as the company rapidly scales its headcount.

Build and run the sales planning and analytics function: territory design, quota setting, forecasting, pipeline health, compensation planning, reporting, and forecasting processes. Partner with sales leadership, operate as the data source of truth across deal desk, pipeline reviews, and QBRs, and help scale RevOps and sales strategy systems and team.

Build and scale Basis's sales organization: hire and develop AEs and frontline managers, design GTM strategy and sales process, own pipeline, forecasting, and quota attainment, and partner with Marketing, RevOps, and Customer Success to drive revenue.

As an Intelligence Architect, you'll design the context for agents, write procedures and skills, ensure quality standards, and guide future developments based on agent performance.

Design and own the end-to-end GTM stack: CRM integrations, data model, automation, outbound infrastructure, paid acquisition experiments, and AI-powered growth workflows. Partner with sales and leadership to run experiments, track pipeline, and build scalable architecture supporting rapid revenue growth.

Lead Basis's customer community program by building advisory boards, councils, user groups, and events. Partner with Product, Marketing, Sales, and leadership to surface customer insights, run programs end-to-end, and create repeatable community operations and memorable customer experiences.
