Lead and deliver design, development, integration, testing, deployment, and sustainment of mission-critical NOAA Marine Operations software. Provide architecture and technical leadership across C#/.NET, JavaScript, databases, Windows and web environments; manage Agile delivery, testing, release, configuration, and troubleshooting; mentor developers and coordinate with cybersecurity, infrastructure, and operational stakeholders.

Designs, provisions, migrates, and administers Azure resources and databases; implements RBAC, backups, cost optimization, logging and dashboards; automates infrastructure with Terraform and PowerShell; implements Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines; supports ETL using Azure Data Factory; documents processes and provides user/cloud support.

Provide Tier 2/3 systems administration for federal systems: manage servers, domain controllers, Group Policy, certificates, VMware, Azure, VPNs, patching, vulnerability scanning, and SOPs. Support data center and network infrastructure, create systems engineering documents, troubleshoot issues, and perform onsite maintenance twice weekly in Silver Spring, MD.
