Owner of AI-driven self-service: optimize AI bots and prompt engineering, build AI email auto-replies, improve containment and reduce escalations, grow self-service usage, maintain AI-ready help content, optimize Salesforce Service Cloud flows and integrations, and convert customer and behavioral data into measurable CX improvements.

Provide multi-channel customer support in Finnish, handling inquiries via chat, phone, email and messaging. Drive sales through upsell/cross-sell, assist with collections and loan servicing, resolve and escalate complex issues, and maintain accurate records while ensuring compliance with GDPR, fraud prevention, and company policies.

Develop, customize, and maintain Drupal 8/9/10 websites. Build modules and themes (Twig), integrate RESTful APIs, optimize performance and security, perform code reviews, troubleshoot issues, manage deployments and updates, and write technical documentation while collaborating with designers and backend developers.

Perform risk-based IT audits to assess IT governance, risk management, controls, information security, business continuity, and regulatory compliance (including DORA). Identify weaknesses, recommend remediation, monitor remediation progress, prepare audit reports, and liaise with IT, InfoSec, and business stakeholders while ensuring audit standards and ethics are upheld.

Operate and improve GitHub-based CI/CD and developer tooling: build and maintain GitHub Actions pipelines and self-hosted runners, automate infrastructure and deployments, support developers with builds/tests/releases, administer GitHub Enterprise Cloud, and support cloud components (AKS, databases, key vaults). Introduce AI and automation to improve reliability, security, performance, and developer experience.

Design intuitive, consistent user interfaces for web and mobile using Figma; produce high-fidelity designs, prototypes and wireframes; maintain design systems; use analytics and session insights to identify UX issues; ensure accessibility (WCAG); collaborate with product managers and developers and iterate through design reviews.
