Own enterprise and SME customer relationships across implementation, adoption, renewal, and expansion. Design, operate, and improve secure, resilient, and cost-efficient AWS infrastructure. Lead IaC practices, migrations, reliability engineering (SLOs/SLIs, DR, resilience testing), observability with Datadog/AWS services, incident response and remediation, cloud security/governance, and FinOps. Provide technical leadership, mentorship, documentation, and partner with architecture, security, and engineering teams to scale and optimize cloud environments.

Design and deliver customer-facing digital learning experiences for the Laivly product suite. Build eLearning modules, guides, videos, walkthroughs, and maintain knowledge base content. Train customers, gather feedback for product improvements, support partner enablement and sales enablement, and use AI tools to accelerate content creation while collaborating cross-functionally.

Execute and optimize paid media, email, and social campaigns to drive brand awareness and qualified pipeline. Build and manage HubSpot email programs and marketing automation, collaborate with Sales and agencies on ABM and paid initiatives, analyze performance across channels, and continuously improve campaigns and reporting.
