Serve as primary IT resource managing day-to-day operations: provide remote end-user support, administer Microsoft 365/Azure AD/Intune, manage DNS and domains, handle endpoint/device lifecycle, provision/offboard users, manage SaaS licenses and vendors, enforce security controls (MFA, conditional access, email security), monitor systems, and maintain IT documentation and continuity plans.
