Administer and optimize Unanet CRM across a multi-office professional services firm. Responsibilities include system configuration, governance, reporting, dashboards, integrations, automation, data quality, migrations, user training, support, adoption, and continuous improvement. The role transforms CRM data into actionable pipeline, forecasting, client relationship, and business-development intelligence while partnering with market-sector, finance, operations, IT, and executive stakeholders.

Administer and optimize Unanet CRM as the firm’s business development operating system. Manage configuration, governance, workflows, permissions, integrations, data quality, dashboards, forecasting, automation, training, and user support. Partner with business development, finance, operations, and IT leaders to improve pipeline visibility, reporting, adoption, and opportunity-to-project conversion. Lead CRM improvement projects, migrations, audits, onboarding, and roadmap planning across a multi-office professional services organization.

Coordinates competitive proposals and statements of qualification by organizing content, schedules, graphics, forms, resumes, and submission requirements. Supports Proposal Managers and business development leaders, prepares and proofreads documents, performs quality-control reviews, maintains proposal databases and content, and assists with interview preparation. The role requires strong organization, deadline management, formatting, copyediting, brand implementation, and A/E/C proposal experience.

Coordinates competitive proposals and statements of qualifications by organizing content, schedules, resumes, project descriptions, graphics, forms, and submission requirements. Supports Proposal Managers and business development leaders, maintains proposal databases and content, performs proofreading and quality control, ensures brand and client compliance, and coordinates interview materials and logistics. The role requires strong organization, attention to detail, copyediting, document production, and familiarity with A/E/C marketing and proposal processes.
