Supports the firm’s information governance program by managing electronic legal records and data throughout their lifecycle. Coordinates matter mobility, file transfers, retention, disposition, remediation, migration, audits, and compliance activities. Advises lawyers and staff on data storage, privacy, security, and records-management practices. Analyzes complex datasets, improves document-management-system adoption, leads projects, coordinates stakeholders, and recommends enhancements to global information governance processes.

Manages and operationalizes the firm’s enterprise AI governance framework. Supports attorneys in complex commercial, appellate, and Supreme Court litigation. Responsibilities include managing discovery and eDiscovery workflows, document productions, case files, motions, depositions, trials, court filings, appeals, legal research, and deadline tracking. The role coordinates with attorneys, courts, clients, vendors, and witnesses; oversees junior paralegals; ensures compliance with procedural rules; and prepares, proofreads, and cite-checks litigation and appellate materials.

Advises Mayer Brown on legal, regulatory, professional responsibility, and ethical risks associated with AI, legal technology, automation, cloud systems, and client-facing technology services. The role develops AI governance policies, reviews technology onboarding and use cases, supports contracts and client negotiations, monitors global regulations, collaborates with technology and privacy teams, and delivers training on responsible AI use.

Provides docket support to lawyers and staff by calculating legal deadlines, maintaining case calendars, filing documents, researching court rules and case records, preparing reports, monitoring case activities, and coordinating clerical vendors. Requires strong organization, communication, confidentiality, attention to detail, and the ability to manage shifting priorities in a deadline-driven law firm environment.

Leads IT service delivery and support operations across EMEA and Asia, partnering with business and legal stakeholders to align technology with organizational goals. Oversees service levels, KPIs, incident management, projects, change initiatives, vendors, budgets, asset management, and ServiceNow optimization. Supervises and develops IT teams, promotes AI-enabled tools and automation, ensures governance and security compliance, and drives continual service improvement. Travel to regional offices may be required.

Responsibilities include drafting and editing finance documents, preparing EIN applications, conducting lien and public-record searches, coordinating UCC filings, managing signatures and closings, assembling electronic transaction binders, and archiving post-closing materials.
