Trainee solicitors will complete a two-year training contract or qualifying work experience programme, rotating through at least three legal practice areas. Responsibilities include developing practical legal skills, taking on early responsibility, working collaboratively, and receiving assessments and feedback after each seat. Candidates must demonstrate strong academics, excellent written and spoken English, professionalism, analytical ability, organization, attention to detail, communication skills, enthusiasm, and commitment to the firm.

Supports AI integration and workflow improvement within a law firm's Business Resource Center. Implements and optimizes tools such as Harvey and Jigsaw, assists staff with AI-enabled processes, and performs complex legal document creation, formatting, proofreading, conversion, OCR, comparison, Bates numbering, and quality control. Manages documents across legal technology platforms, troubleshoots software and workflow issues, processes information, and provides transcription, translation, presentation, and administrative support while maintaining confidentiality and accuracy.

Manages strategic business development operations across law firm practice groups. Coordinates go-to-market planning, SMART goals, RFPs, pitches, CRM data governance, reporting, rankings submissions, web content, campaigns, and partner integration. Maintains program infrastructure, monitors KPIs, improves workflows, supports dashboards, and mentors junior colleagues. Partners with attorneys, marketing, communications, analytics, and business development teams to ensure consistent market positioning, operational discipline, and measurable growth.
