Leads firmwide legal AI initiatives by identifying use cases, building and implementing AI agents, evaluating emerging solutions, supporting pilots, resolving technical issues, and driving adoption. Collaborates with attorneys, IT, vendors, and leadership to assess risks, document technical limitations, deliver training and content, manage testing milestones, and provide recommendations based on pilot results and use-case data.

Manages strategic business development operations for law firm practice groups, including program infrastructure, SMART goal tracking, RFP and pitch workflows, CRM/ERM data governance, performance reporting, web content, and marketing integration. Coordinates practice group check-ins, workshops, partner onboarding, campaigns, and cross-functional initiatives while mentoring junior BD colleagues and improving operational standards, processes, and tools.
