Leads firmwide legal AI initiatives by identifying use cases, building and implementing AI agents, evaluating emerging solutions, and supporting attorney adoption. Advises attorneys, paralegals, and staff on court procedures and compliance dates; researches docket issues; opens cases; updates CourtAlert rules and procedures; and supports risk management, peer training, and special projects.

Supports commercial litigation attorneys with large-scale eDiscovery document collection, review, production, and case-file management. Maintains and reports on case data using Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, and manages documents through legal technology platforms. The role is full-time and on-site at the Richmond eDiscovery center, requiring strong organization, attention to detail, communication, and comfort with innovative legal technology.

Leads firmwide onboarding and integration of lateral partners, developing tailored integration plans, coordinating cross-functional stakeholders, supporting client and matter transitions, and monitoring engagement, revenue, and retention indicators. Builds confidential relationships with partners and firm leadership, facilitates networking and collaboration, manages integration milestones, and improves processes through playbooks, dashboards, and best practices.

Supports patent litigation teams by analyzing computer-related technologies, technical standards, products, services, patents, and prior art. Evaluates potential infringement and non-infringement issues, researches patent families and industry terminology, and teaches litigation teams about relevant technology. Requires strong research, communication, analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills, along with a bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or Computer Science.

Manage legal billing from bill preparation through electronic and conventional submission. Coordinate with attorneys, clients, staff, and accounting to resolve billing issues, finalize invoices, and prepare billing reports. The role requires law firm billing experience, strong communication and organizational skills, proficiency with Microsoft Office and Excel, and familiarity with electronic billing and Elite (3E).

Manages strategic business development operations for law firm practice groups, including program infrastructure, SMART goal tracking, CRM/ERM adoption, RFP and pitch workflows, KPI reporting, marketing integration, and partner onboarding. Coordinates practice group meetings, workshops, cross-selling initiatives, web content, and performance summaries. Mentors junior colleagues and supports standardized processes, data governance, and continuous improvement across multiple concurrent workstreams.

Performs monthly account reconciliations, analyzes general ledger fluctuations, researches discrepancies, prepares journal entries, supports monthly close and fiduciary accounting functions, monitors cash accounts, records intercompany receipts, and assists with special projects.
