Serve as primary in-house labor and employment attorney advising on hiring, performance, leaves, accommodations, separations, investigations, agency charges, and litigation. Lead the planning and execution of aerospace hardware test campaigns including requirements verification, procedure development, data collection and analysis, anomaly/failure investigation, and test director responsibilities. Interface with leadership, customers, vendors, and regulatory bodies, author test documentation, ensure safety and standards compliance, and mentor junior engineers.

Lead design, fabrication, installation, and commissioning of a hypergolic propellant test stand and associated ground systems. Develop detailed mechanical designs, P&IDs, CAD models, structural and pressure analyses, procurement/fabrication packages, and safety/compliance documentation. Oversee vendor qualification, acceptance testing, and operational test support while ensuring regulatory and hazard controls for toxic propellant handling.
