Provides GIS technical support for multidisciplinary projects, including spatial data management, analysis, visualization, web GIS architecture, automated reporting, and application development. Maintains ArcGIS Enterprise and Online systems, tests and optimizes GIS tools, develops coding procedures, researches software solutions, and collaborates with public-sector and Indigenous clients. Requires GIS-related education, ESRI expertise, data and ETL experience, technical reporting skills, and strong communication.

Manages daily Ottawa office operations, including facilities, supplies, visitors, mail, vendors, invoices, expense claims, equipment, and document production. Supports office planning, budgets, projects, committees, employee orientation, meetings, workplace safety, and culture initiatives. Requires strong organization, communication, problem-solving, financial, and Microsoft Office skills in a full-time, in-office environment.

Supports buy-side mergers and acquisitions across target sourcing, financial valuation and modeling, due diligence, deal structuring, and post-merger integration. The role coordinates internal and external stakeholders, prepares LOIs, term sheets, and investment materials, tracks integration KPIs, resolves operational issues, and supports the integration of acquired teams. It also contributes to continuous improvement, AI-enabled workflow modernization, professional development, and clear presentation of complex financial information.

Leads complex, multidisciplinary consulting projects from proposal through completion while managing scope, schedule, budget, quality, risks, and client communications. Supports troubled projects through root-cause analysis, corrective actions, financial intervention, and margin protection. Mentors project managers, improves delivery processes, builds project management capacity, and promotes operational excellence across national consulting disciplines.

Leads Indigenous rights, Aboriginal and Treaty Rights, cultural impact, consultation, and engagement assessments. Advises project teams and clients on the Duty to Consult, Indigenous Knowledge, legal and legislative frameworks, and culturally appropriate practices. Manages projects, reports, stakeholder engagement, workshops, business development, and junior staff mentorship across environmental, infrastructure, and planning initiatives. Travel across Canada is required as needed.
