Uses workforce data and business insight to identify trends, resolve complex employee matters, guide leaders, and align HR programs with business objectives across the United States, Canada, and Latin America.

Leads Sysmex America’s talent and organizational development portfolio, including leadership development, succession planning, talent reviews, career development, mentoring, onboarding, and team effectiveness. Translates business priorities and workforce insights into scalable programs, governance, tools, and measurable outcomes. Advises senior leaders and HR partners, facilitates workshops, manages vendors and budgets, oversees talent technology requirements, and drives continuous improvement across a global, matrixed organization.

Manages U.S. and Canada benefit plans, compliance, enrollment, HRIS operations, payroll backup, reporting, system testing, integrations, troubleshooting, and vendor coordination.
