Designs instrumentation and controls systems for semiconductor, cleanroom, and advanced manufacturing facilities. Responsibilities include developing control narratives, sequences, I/O lists, calculations, drawings, and Revit models; coordinating multidisciplinary designs; reviewing submittals and field changes; supporting QA/QC, construction administration, commissioning, and startup; resolving technical issues; and mentoring junior staff.

Responsibilities include document control, permit coordination, project reporting, meeting facilitation, action-item tracking, information management, Bluebeam markups, and communication across multidisciplinary teams, clients, agencies, and subcontractors. The role helps identify workflow issues, maintain compliance, and ensure accurate project documentation and closeout.

Supports project managers, engineers, and design teams by managing engineering documentation, drawing packages, transmittals, schedules, specifications, deliverable tracking, meeting coordination, and project workflows. Ensures documents meet contract, company, industry, and client standards; tracks issues and deadlines; maintains accurate logs; coordinates communications; and assists with onboarding new project team members.

Lead multidisciplinary semiconductor tool-install design projects from equipment specifications through commissioning and client handover. Manage scope, schedules, budgets, change orders, procurement, risks, contractors, and client stakeholders. Develop tool-level installation schedules supporting First Tool and Ready for Equipment milestones, enforce EHS and cleanroom standards, resolve design and utility conflicts, and drive continuous improvement. Mentor project managers and coordinate engineering, design, construction, and client teams across complex high-tech manufacturing environments.

Design mechanical systems for semiconductor manufacturing facilities, including HVAC, piping, plumbing, exhaust, process utilities, fire protection, and related building systems. Produce technical plans, specifications, drawings, and models; coordinate with engineers and multidisciplinary teams; support load calculations, airflow balancing, and equipment sizing; conduct field verifications; and resolve design or construction issues while meeting CAD standards and applicable codes.

Develop electrical designs for semiconductor tool installations, power distribution, cleanrooms, and facility upgrades. Perform electrical calculations including panel loading, short-circuit analysis, voltage drop, conduit and conductor sizing, and cable tray fills. Produce drawings, models, specifications, and technical documentation while ensuring code compliance. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, conduct site walks, and resolve construction design issues onsite.

Lead complex process equipment and manufacturing facility layouts for semiconductor and high-tech facilities. Coordinate tool installations, utility routing, equipment interfaces, drawings, models, and code-compliant designs with clients, vendors, contractors, and internal disciplines. Conduct site walks, assess field conditions, resolve clashes, manage design changes and turnover documentation, support construction, mitigate installation risks, and mentor junior designers and engineers while ensuring cleanroom, safety, and facility standards.

Leads process engineering design for complex semiconductor and high-tech facility utilities, including ultra-pure water, specialty gas, and chemical systems. Oversees hydraulic modeling, piping design, P&IDs, technical reviews, quality, constructability, and multidisciplinary coordination. Mentors engineering teams, develops standards, leads office culture and staff development, manages facilities and budgets, and supports client relationships, proposals, business development, conferences, and stakeholder engagement. Requires extensive semiconductor process engineering experience and contributes to innovation and AI adoption.

Design mechanical systems for semiconductor manufacturing facilities, including HVAC, piping, process utilities, exhaust, plumbing, and facility infrastructure. Produce engineering drawings, specifications, calculations, and models; coordinate with multidisciplinary teams; conduct design reviews and field verifications; and respond to contractor RFIs and submittals. Ensure compliance with CAD, quality, ASHRAE, NFPA, and applicable building-code standards while supporting procurement, installation, and construction troubleshooting.
