The role requires onsite collaboration at a client facility in North Phoenix, Arizona, and includes responsible charge and mechanical design stamping authority.

Coordinates information from internal stakeholders, tracks proposal workflows, supports deadline-driven deliverables, and helps assemble and deliver competitive and non-competitive pursuits. Leads complex proposals, presentations, and qualifications from strategy through submission. Develops pursuit strategies, win themes, client-focused messaging, and compelling narratives while coordinating multidisciplinary teams, schedules, reviews, and final deliverables. Translates technical information into marketing content, supports client interviews and business development initiatives, maintains personnel qualifications, and ensures brand alignment. Also mentors marketing staff and uses marketing systems such as Deltek to track opportunities and maintain accurate data.
