Designs mechanical systems for industrial and high-tech manufacturing facilities, including HVAC, piping, plumbing, hydraulics, exhaust, process chemicals, wastewater, and fire protection. Own and maintain the electrical pre-assignment database for semiconductor process tool hookups. Validate electrical points of connection, panel and breaker assignments, load capacity, field availability, and facility mappings. Coordinate changes with engineers, system owners, A/E firms, clients, and construction teams; identify conflicts and schedule risks; perform field walks; present status in working-group meetings; and improve data quality and coordination processes.

The Project Controller III manages financial and operational performance across architectural projects. Responsibilities include budgeting, forecasting, cost and schedule monitoring, resource utilization, profitability analysis, dashboards, project reporting, risk identification, scope-change evaluation, and monthly reviews. The role partners with project managers, architects, and leadership, improves project controls processes, supports proposals and estimates, and mentors junior team members.

Supports the design and execution of process systems for semiconductor, cleanroom, advanced manufacturing, and mission-critical facilities. Performs flow analysis, pressure-drop calculations, pump sizing, heat-transfer evaluations, equipment selection, and PFD/P&ID development. Collaborates with multidisciplinary teams, supports construction coordination and commissioning, troubleshoots technical issues, and ensures designs meet applicable codes and client requirements.

Lead engineering design projects for semiconductor fab tool installations, managing scope, schedules, technical decisions, quality, risks, documentation, and client communication. Collaborate with multidisciplinary engineers, project managers, contractors, and client Tool Experts to deliver hookup designs, subfab laterals, process equipment layouts, and cleanroom modifications within scope, budget, and schedule.

Manage complex design and design-build projects from concept through startup and closeout. Responsibilities include defining scope, schedules, resources, risks, quality standards, stakeholder communication, interdisciplinary coordination, construction support, client reporting, and change control. The role leads international and domestic teams, supports field verifications and site walks, mentors junior project managers, and promotes safety compliance across advanced technology and high-tech industrial facility projects.

Designs low- to medium-voltage electrical systems for industrial and high-tech manufacturing facilities.
