Responsible for designing, deploying, and supporting enterprise file storage solutions in Azure, focusing on Qumulo file storage and Azure services, ensuring security, performance, and cost-effectiveness.

The Director of Risk Management will build and mature SHI’s enterprise risk, compliance, and Risk & Control Self-Assessment programs. Responsibilities include defining risk taxonomies and appetites, implementing governance and escalation processes, monitoring key risk indicators, strengthening third-party and operational risk controls, developing policies and training, conducting testing and assurance, and delivering executive reporting. The role also involves building a risk and compliance team and influencing cross-functional and executive stakeholders.

Leads product marketing and portfolio strategy across AI, data center, networking, end-user computing, and modern workplace solutions. Defines portfolio structure, positioning, messaging, market intelligence, go-to-market readiness, event and demonstration strategy, and sales enablement. Partners with executives, sales, services, business units, and technology partners to prioritize investments and growth opportunities. Manages marketing and market insights functions while driving cross-functional alignment, executive planning, customer-focused narratives, and measurable business outcomes.

The Client Solutions Manager is the primary contact for IT solutions, fostering relationships, managing customer orders, and ensuring seamless operations. This role includes handling maintenance renewals and driving IT solution adoption through proactive customer engagement.

The Enterprise Account Executive develops sales strategies, manages customer relationships, achieves sales targets, and communicates SHI's solutions to meet client needs.
