Manage a portfolio of Azure CSP customers to drive retention, adoption, and Azure Consumed Revenue. Lead QBRs, create success and growth plans, identify optimization and modernization opportunities, coordinate cross-functional teams, and translate customer priorities into measurable cloud outcomes.
