Leads SAG-AFTRA’s Portland and Seattle Locals, overseeing operations, staff, budgets, member communications, organizing, collective bargaining, contract enforcement, dispute resolution, legislative advocacy, and stakeholder relationships. Manages local governance, develops member leadership, supervises employees, and aligns local activities with national union strategies and policies.

Administers entertainment contract financial assurances, tracks production documentation, interprets and enforces contracts, researches copyrights, liens, business entities, and chain of title, prepares reports and assurance documents, investigates claims, coordinates with performers and industry representatives, and assists with legal and arbitration matters.

Administers and enforces collective bargaining agreements for performers, investigates and resolves contract claims, interprets agreements, manages signatory procedures, monitors production paperwork and set safety, and supports outreach and educational events. The role communicates with performers, agents, and production personnel, conducts research, provides contract rulings, handles multiple deadlines, and travels as needed within the local region and elsewhere.
