Administer and govern the bank’s ServiceNow platform, including workflows, service catalogs, access controls, CMDB, asset management, reporting, and operational processes. Manage enhancements, testing, releases, upgrades, documentation, platform health, and vendor coordination. Ensure configuration quality, security, regulatory compliance, audit readiness, and effective stakeholder communication while troubleshooting platform issues and supporting business requirements.

Requires travel to other locations and occasional evening or weekend scheduling.

Coordinate and complete first- and second-mortgage loan closings while ensuring compliance with regulatory, investor, and quality standards. Prepare, review, balance, and finalize closing documents; verify title work, inspections, liens, fees, signatures, recording, and fund disbursement. Communicate loan status and closing requirements to customers, agents, realtors, builders, and internal teams. Maintain accurate records, reports, and loan-system data while supporting timely closings and secondary-market salability.

Originates first mortgage loans focused on first-time homebuyers, low- to moderate-income borrowers, and Community Reinvestment Act transactions. Responsibilities include soliciting applicants, completing applications and disclosures, entering loan data, ordering credit reports, coordinating processing, communicating approvals or denials, following up with borrowers and real estate partners, supporting community lending activities, and ensuring compliance with mortgage regulations.

Designs, delivers, and improves sales, client service, onboarding, and business development training for retail banking teams. Facilitates instructor-led learning, coaching, field observations, and ongoing skill development. Partners with sales leadership and product teams, analyzes performance and LMS data, maintains training materials, reinforces referral and consultative-selling behaviors, and implements improvements to increase client experience, deposits, revenue, retention, and relationship growth.
