The role requires at least three years of meaningful litigation or comparable trial experience, strong oral and written advocacy skills, strong academic credentials, case-management ability, and admission in good standing to the Texas State Bar. Leads the firm's Matter Mobility program, overseeing secure client information imports, exports, and internal data transfers. Manages complex migration projects, workflows, priorities, quality metrics, and escalations while ensuring compliance with information governance standards. Collaborates with attorneys, General Counsel, Information Governance, IT, and business units on attorney transitions, client transfers, and strategic initiatives. Also drives process improvements, supports training, and provides technical and operational guidance.

Provides comprehensive administrative and clerical support to attorneys in a litigation practice. Responsibilities include drafting, formatting, and proofreading legal materials; maintaining electronic files; managing court and arbitration filings; monitoring dockets and deadlines; assisting with hearings, discovery, depositions, trials, calendars, billing, conflicts, matter intake, and client/vendor communications. This is an in-office role requiring strong organization, communication, multitasking, Microsoft Office proficiency, and willingness to learn new technologies.

Supports governance, risk, and compliance initiatives by managing client security assessments, vendor risk reviews, third-party audits, compliance documentation, and information security policies. Serves as a liaison to attorneys, clients, vendors, and auditors; identifies risk gaps, coordinates attestations, and supports audit activities. Requires strong communication, organization, and project-management skills, with experience in GRC, vendor risk, information security, or audit support preferred.

Provides high-level administrative and litigation support to attorneys, including complex calendar management, travel coordination, legal document preparation, electronic file maintenance, deadline tracking, e-filing, docketing, conflict checks, client and matter openings, engagement documentation, billing, and invoice follow-up. Requires strong organization, judgment, communication, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple time-sensitive assignments in a law firm environment.
