Provides administrative support to an Affordable Housing legal team by processing closing documents, maintaining calendars, scheduling meetings, handling expenses and dictation, arranging travel, maintaining records, coordinating communications, prioritizing information, and drafting memos. The role requires strong organization, attention to detail, professionalism, communication, proofreading, and proficiency with Excel and Word. Prior law firm experience is strongly preferred, while affordable housing, transactional, or real estate experience is beneficial.

Litigation Associate handling all phases of California civil litigation in state and federal courts. Responsibilities include managing Song-Beverly Consumer Warranty Act matters, drafting and arguing motions, conducting discovery and depositions, managing e-discovery, preparing witnesses, participating in mediations and settlement conferences, and supporting trial strategy. The role requires California Bar membership, civil litigation experience, strong motion-writing and deposition skills, and trial preparation experience.
