Leads Administrative Services across multiple offices, overseeing office management, facilities, enterprise programs, budgets, vendors, real estate, policies, employee relations, and service quality. Serves as Patriot Hydro’s senior in-house legal advisor and leads regulatory affairs across its hydroelectric portfolio. Responsibilities include commercial contracting, FERC licensing and compliance, environmental and utility regulation, disputes, corporate governance, transactions, stakeholder engagement, and outside counsel management. The role advises senior executives, oversees regulatory personnel and consultants, and develops consistent legal and compliance controls across facilities and jurisdictions.

Lead and support mergers, acquisitions, financings, refinancings, and other corporate transactions for LS Power’s private equity team. Responsibilities include due diligence, negotiating transaction documents, investment committee materials, closing and post-closing integration, and collaboration with finance, tax, regulatory, accounting, asset management, energy management, and investor relations teams.

Build and deploy automation workflows, AI-enabled tools, and production-ready applications using LLM APIs and agentic frameworks. Translate business processes into scalable technical solutions, integrate enterprise systems and SaaS platforms, and collaborate with operators, analysts, leadership, and central IT. Provide training and documentation, support security and governance reviews, and contribute to shared AI development standards across business units.

Supports the Project Executive and project team across large energy infrastructure projects. Responsibilities include preparing correspondence and meeting minutes, managing project documentation, processing invoices, coordinating legal and contract support, assisting with schedules and reports, supporting real estate transactions, arranging meetings, maintaining contact databases, and assisting with public outreach. The role is full-time in-office, involves regular stakeholder collaboration, and may include travel and advancement opportunities.

Manage IT and OT projects across infrastructure, EMS, software, storage, networking, and IAM/PAM initiatives. Develop project charters, schedules, budgets, risk plans, reports, and statements of work. Coordinate technical and non-technical stakeholders, resources, vendors, milestones, and deliverables across a project portfolio. Monitor costs, project health, scope, and dependencies while providing hands-on oversight during equipment installation and configuration. Travel to remote sites as needed in a regulated utility environment.

Supports private equity investment and portfolio management activities across energy infrastructure, including financial modeling, due diligence, transaction structuring, financing, market research, investment committee materials, and portfolio company initiatives. Collaborates with internal energy, legal, tax, accounting, and asset management teams on acquisitions, refinancings, development, and monetization opportunities.
