Supports European-funded programs, consortium initiatives, and complex bids by advising on legal frameworks, procurement, intellectual property, funding obligations, and contractual risks. Manages NDAs, teaming and consortium agreements, subcontractor and partner contracts, grant documentation, eligibility evidence, approvals, repositories, and contract lifecycle processes. Prepares BIS license applications and CCATS submissions, assesses regulatory risk, and guides engineering, operations, supply chain, and program stakeholders.

Develop manufacturing test strategies, fixtures, software, and embedded test resources for boards, modules, and systems. Support NPI scheduling and factory introduction, resolve production issues, improve test yields and times, reduce costs, and enhance data collection and reporting. Collaborate with hardware, software, IT, manufacturing, contractors, and global engineering teams while representing manufacturing test in business reviews.

Supports sales activities by designing satellite-based IP networks, delivering technical presentations and demonstrations, developing accurate proposals, and addressing customer technical issues. Performs system design, integration, network performance analysis, implementation support, training, and professional services engagements. Requires strong networking, telecommunications, RF, satellite communications, and troubleshooting expertise, with global customer support and travel of 40% or more.

Own a portfolio of accounts and prospects for a contract electronics manufacturer, developing new B2B business in complex EMS markets. Responsibilities include customer relationship management, quotation leadership, pipeline and forecast management, market intelligence, and coordination with technical, project management, purchasing, and customer success teams. The role requires consultative selling, technical credibility, disciplined pipeline management, and long-term relationship building rather than transactional sales activity.

Build and maintain self-service infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, and deployment automation across development and production environments. Improve reliability, scalability, security, monitoring, and developer experience using AWS, infrastructure-as-code, system administration, networking, and modern DevOps practices.
