Coordinates daily office operations, visitor services, purchasing, supplies, mail, deliveries, printing, catering, records, calendars, meetings, and administrative projects. Maintains corporate credit card documentation, inventories, databases, and retention processes while supporting office leadership. Identifies workflow improvements, resolves issues, handles confidential information, and provides service to employees, clients, vendors, and visitors. The role is fully onsite five days per week and requires occasional physical handling of supplies and equipment.

Responsibilities include load calculations, equipment selection, duct and piping layouts, specifications, design reviews, code compliance, resolving complex design challenges, researching design options, and coordinating with architectural and engineering disciplines.
