Leads multiple engineering teams responsible for designing, optimizing, and manufacturing three-phase distribution transformers across plants and functions. Responsibilities include building and developing the engineering team, designing and optimizing production processes, planning capacity, commissioning equipment, developing automation strategies, supporting plant startup, and driving lean continuous improvement. The role partners with operations, quality, supply chain, suppliers, and engineering teams while ensuring equipment reliability, production scalability, safety, and alignment with established company standards.

The Senior Accountant owns month-end close activities, journal entries, accruals, reconciliations, intercompany transactions, credit card accounting, sales and use tax filings, and balance sheet accounts. The role supports audits, GAAP compliance, internal controls, reporting requests, and process improvements while partnering with the Controller and cross-functional manufacturing teams.

Lead continuous improvement initiatives across manufacturing operations by analyzing safety, quality, delivery, inventory, productivity, and cost data. Define and manage improvement projects, perform value-stream and workflow mapping, develop solutions, analyze financial impacts, and implement changes within schedule and budget. Collaborate with operations, engineering, quality, supply chain, IT, sales, and finance while communicating project progress and deliverables to stakeholders.
