Supports the R&D Engineering organization through employee relations, investigations, manager coaching, performance and talent management, workforce planning, engagement, retention, change management, recruitment support, HR operations, compliance, and workforce analytics. Leads manufacturing engineering for new power electronics products from development through pilot and early production. Manages engineers and technicians, develops assembly and test processes, coordinates internal and contract manufacturing builds, drives DFM/DFA/DFT, and ensures production readiness, quality, safety, and scalability. Partners with product development, quality, supply chain, operations, customers, and suppliers while tracking manufacturing KPIs and resolving deployment issues.
