Develop and grow relationships with restaurants, bars, hotels and venues in an assigned territory. Execute sales strategies, deliver presentations, maintain product levels, train staff, manage receivables, support account openings, and achieve distribution and volume goals while ensuring brand visibility and customer service.

Manages state-level safety and compliance programs (OSHA, DOT), conducts investigations and inspections, administers workers' compensation and vehicle liability claims, trains safety committees, and partners with operations, HR, and insurance to reduce risk and ensure regulatory compliance.

Analyze sales and market data to generate standardized and ad-hoc reports, deliver actionable insights, support business planning and pricing, manage inventory and sales incentive reporting, and prepare quarterly and executive business review materials in partnership with cross-functional teams.

Call on and service assigned accounts to drive sales of supplier brands through route-based selling, merchandising, inventory management, staff training, collections, and customer relationship management.

Call on and service on-premise accounts to grow supplier brand sales through route management, merchandising, presentations, staff training, inventory/restocking, collections, and promotional execution.

Call on and grow off-premise accounts in a defined territory, plan efficient routes, present and merchandize supplier brands, maintain inventory, restock where permitted, train staff, manage receivables and returns, support new account openings, and handle deliveries or customer issues while ensuring safe alcohol handling and meeting sales and distribution objectives.
