Translate Chinese clinical, regulatory, reimbursement, and cost requirements into product definitions, guide R&D phase gates, shape regulatory and clinical strategies, identify local partners, and drive commercialization. The role coordinates global and China stakeholders across R&D, clinical, regulatory, quality, engineering, manufacturing, sales, and marketing while supporting launches, localization, pricing, procurement readiness, and product portfolio planning.

Leads technical development and design activities for innovative medical devices. Supports design decisions, research, best-practice development, design history files, process improvements, intellectual property, and cross-functional project execution. Collaborates with subject matter experts, physicians, product managers, and regulated-industry teams to meet clinical needs, safety requirements, quality standards, and project milestones.
