Supports individual giving through Salesforce database management, donor and prospect research, relationship cultivation, gift and pledge processing, fundraising communications, proposal development, reporting, and strategic development projects. The role also assists with donor events and engagement logistics while maintaining accurate records and coordinating multiple deadlines across teams.

Develop and maintain large housing datasets and infrastructure for US housing policy research. Responsibilities include data acquisition, cleaning, analysis, modeling, automation, visualization, dashboard development, web scraping, API use, quality control, and publication. Senior responsibilities add predictive modeling, machine learning, workflow supervision, project management, and establishing data-management best practices.

Design and produce publications, reports, marketing collateral, event materials, digital assets, and data visualizations. Manage projects from concept through final production, including scheduling, proofing, print preparation, vendor coordination, quality assurance, and invoicing. Develop branded templates, style guides, and design systems while collaborating with editors, scholars, and stakeholders. Translate complex public policy research into clear visual communications and improve creative production workflows.

Coordinates higher education outreach, campus visits, scholar events, student recruitment, newsletters, social media, online programming, conferences, and AEI’s Summer Honors Program. Responsibilities include supporting event planning and execution, maintaining student and partner databases, tracking departmental expenses, producing communications, and engaging students with AEI scholarship. The role requires seasonal travel, primarily during the academic year.

Provides research, writing, editing, fact-checking, quantitative analysis, and communications support to AEI’s president. Drafts op-eds, speeches, remarks, interview questions, and policy summaries; monitors public policy developments; manages project timelines, social media, event logistics, and interdepartmental initiatives. Collaborates with executive, communications, development, and scholarly teams, while mentoring college interns.

Supports HR operations, onboarding and offboarding, HRIS data integrity, benefits administration, compliance documentation, employee communications, learning programs, engagement surveys, and HR-sponsored events. Maintains organizational records, resource libraries, workflows, and reporting tools while responding to routine benefits questions and handling confidential employee information. Coordinates cross-functional process improvements and administrative activities across the HR and Talent Development department.
