On-site Client Services Manager overseeing daily service delivery, staff supervision, vendor relations, site financials, KPI/SLA reporting, safety/compliance (OSHA/EEOC), training, and client communications to ensure satisfaction and contract performance.

Manage multiple reception and mailroom business service centers, ensuring daily service delivery and SLA compliance with client (Amazon). Supervise, schedule, coach and develop staff (5–10 employees), handle escalations with Client Service Manager, maintain customer satisfaction, attend meetings, and support projects to improve operations. Ensure punctual on-site coverage and perform physical mailroom tasks as needed.

Provide on-call administrative, mailroom, print/repro, front-desk, and facility support across client sites. Process mail and shipping, operate MFD equipment, restock supplies, set up meeting rooms, welcome visitors, and perform light maintenance while maintaining professionalism and following procedures.

Manage front desk operations, greet visitors, answer calls, coordinate meeting room logistics and catering, support mail and office services, maintain hospitality areas, perform light facilities tasks, and deliver high-quality customer service.

Lead daily document services operations for a client site, overseeing team performance, workflows, billing, inventory, equipment, compliance, client communication, and process improvements to meet service-level expectations.

Lead enterprise BI strategy and roadmap; partner with Finance, HR, and stakeholders to design scalable analytics. Manage BI team, deliver Power BI and cloud-based data platform solutions on Azure/Microsoft Fabric, build executive dashboards, ensure governance, and present updates to executive leadership.

Provide floating office and mailroom support across client sites: reception, mail/package handling, shipping/receiving, copy/print, light facilities, conference setup, and customer service. Travel regionally and cover on-call assignments as needed.

Provide temporary on-site coverage across regional client sites for mailroom, reprographics, reception, shipping/receiving, supplies management, light maintenance, event setup, and data entry. Ensure continuity of service, excellent customer interactions, equipment upkeep, inventory control, and adherence to client SLAs and company policies.

Provide mailroom, shipping/receiving, office support and reception backup. Manage inbound/outbound packages, maintain supplies and printing equipment, set up meeting rooms, perform light maintenance/cleaning, and deliver exceptional customer service to employees and clients.

Provide mailroom and shipping/receiving services: sort and process inbound/outbound mail, operate mailroom equipment, manage package transactions, maintain records and supplies, notify recipients, support reception/concierge duties, and deliver excellent customer service while keeping the business service center organized.
