Own the full enterprise sales cycle for Cyolo’s secure access and connectivity solutions across industrial and enterprise environments. Responsibilities include territory planning, outbound prospecting, partner development, technical discovery, solution alignment, negotiation, forecasting, and closing complex $20K–$1M+ opportunities. The role engages security, networking, infrastructure, OT, procurement, and executive stakeholders, while collaborating with internal teams and channel partners to acquire, expand, and retain customers.

Serve as the post-sale technical advisor for customers, guiding onboarding, implementations, integrations, configuration, adoption, and technical enablement. Troubleshoot complex Tier 3 issues, coordinate resolutions with internal teams, document technical success plans, identify adoption risks, and translate customer feedback into product improvements. Support renewals and expansion by demonstrating value, delivering training and workshops, and helping customers achieve business and security outcomes.

Lead technical pre-sales for complex enterprise cybersecurity opportunities, including discovery, solution design, demonstrations, workshops, architecture discussions, and proofs of concept. Partner with account executives and channel partners, advise CISOs and technical stakeholders, translate security requirements into business value, provide product feedback, establish pre-sales best practices, and mentor other sales engineers. Travel as required to support customers, partners, and sales opportunities.

Manage global month-end, quarter and year-end close; consolidate financial statements; supervise outsourced bookkeeping and payroll; support budgeting, cash flow and treasury; ensure statutory, tax, transfer pricing and revenue recognition compliance; implement process improvements and financial tools; support ad-hoc finance projects.

Lead and develop a global SDR team to generate pipeline for B2B cybersecurity SaaS. Establish SDR processes, optimize inbound/outbound tactics (email, LinkedIn, cold calls), track metrics, analyze data, and align with Sales and Marketing to meet quarterly goals.

Lead architecture and hands-on development of core platform capabilities, focusing on distributed systems, networking, reliability, performance, and production operations. Own end-to-end technical areas, mentor engineers, collaborate cross-functionally, and drive long-term architectural improvements.

Lead end-to-end product initiatives for networking and cybersecurity platform products: define roadmaps, translate customer needs into technical specifications, partner with R&D on architecture and secure-by-default designs, support pre-sales and customer engagements, produce technical documentation, collaborate with GTM teams, and leverage AI tools to improve workflows and product adoption.
