Provide live chat and email support to B2B customers using Chargeflow. Investigate billing, technical, administrative, chargeback, and fraud-prevention inquiries; troubleshoot product usage; manage escalations; document interactions; and collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues. Maintain product knowledge, communicate clearly, keep customers informed, and relay feedback to improve the customer experience.

Hire, manage, and develop 10–15 sales leaders and executives; oversee full-cycle sales execution; improve processes, CRM workflows, and reporting; support strategic deals; and collaborate cross-functionally to drive growth. The role requires payments, fintech, or fraud-prevention expertise, startup scaling experience, hands-on sales leadership, and regular work from the company’s New York City office.

Lead and manage onboarding projects for Enterprise and complex SMB customers, serving as primary contact from contract to activation. Create and execute onboarding plans, remove blockers, drive completion and first value, improve processes and automation, and collaborate cross-functionally to surface and resolve implementation friction.

Manage and resolve alert transactions in the PSP system: locate transactions, issue refunds, cancel subscriptions, document chargebacks and other outcomes, communicate with merchants, and propose process improvements to streamline alert handling.
