The Sales Manager will drive sales in North America for Quantum Machines by managing the sales cycle, developing business plans, uncovering customer needs, and coordinating with internal teams to maximize customer satisfaction and repeat business.

Design, build, and deploy ML systems (RL, Bayesian inference, probabilistic models) for calibration, control, and autonomous operation of quantum processors. Implement real-time steering, agentic control frameworks, Python ML services integrated with Quantum Machines stack, and collaborate with customers, R&D, and hardware teams to validate solutions on real experimental hardware.

Design, build, and deploy machine learning systems for controlling quantum processors. Develop reinforcement learning and Bayesian methods for QEC calibration, and work cross-functionally with product and R&D teams.
