Create vibrant, detailed concept artwork for game environments, levels, stylized items, character clothing, and furniture across varied themes. Produce perspective-accurate environment sketches using strong composition, perspective, and color skills. Collaborate with the art department and other creatives, contribute ideas to game content, adapt to an established art style, and support a successful kids’ mobile gaming product. This is a full-time remote role requiring strong English communication and teamwork.

Provide customer support to mobile game players through email, app stores, social media, and other channels. Resolve support tickets, deliver effective solutions, maintain high service standards, and identify recurring issues. Report trends to Product and R&D teams and proactively initiate projects that improve customer experience.
