Drive cross-functional collaboration with Product, Engineering, Implementations and Commercial teams, mentor leaders, improve support responsiveness and escalation, and deliver measurable client outcomes and executive-level visibility.

Lead and transform global post-onboarding client functions by unifying Customer Support and Client Success Operations. Build an AI-enabled, data-driven model for proactive engagement, adoption, retention, automation, and self-service. Drive operational excellence, client health scoring, cross-functional collaboration with Product and Engineering, and executive visibility into client outcomes and risks.

Lead brand strategy, governance, and creative direction to grow Paymentology's B2B fintech brand. Ensure consistent brand application across campaigns, product launches, events, and client experiences. Measure brand performance, partner cross-functionally with Product, Marketing and Sales, and manage agency relationships to translate complex propositions into clear narratives that drive market position and share of voice.

Design, implement, and maintain IaC and cloud infrastructure (AWS) with Terraform; build and optimize CI/CD pipelines; manage containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and event streaming (Amazon MSK/Apache Kafka); automate operations with scripting (Bash, Python); monitor, troubleshoot, and secure production systems; collaborate across development, QA, and operations teams.

Act as the primary technical point of contact for enterprise clients, advising on implementation, optimisation, scalability and payment data management. Build and maintain client relationships, conduct technical assessments, proactively monitor environments, lead escalations and incident post-mortems, and coordinate with Support, Product and Engineering to deliver solutions and enable customer success.

Identify and engage fintech, retail banking, and digital banking prospects via personalised outreach. Qualify opportunities, schedule meetings for Sales, manage pipeline in HubSpot, support industry events, report on outreach performance, and collaborate with Marketing and Sales to drive growth.
