Leads end-to-end project delivery from initiation through closure, including project governance, timelines, scope, risks, stakeholder communications, requirements traceability, UAT coordination, reporting, documentation, and formal project closure. The role ensures deliverables meet business objectives and PMO standards, coordinates approvals and defect resolution, maintains project dashboards and audit-ready records, and facilitates post-project reviews and benefits analysis.

Owns ACE Money Transfer’s customer engagement and lifecycle function, including CRM strategy and execution, loyalty programming, lifecycle definitions, churn prevention, and measurement models. The manager will lead Stage 2 engagement and lifecycle activities, establish triggers and infrastructure for activation and retention stages, manage KPI performance, and lead a small team while collaborating with Product, Data/BI, Compliance, and Marketing.

Owns ACE Money Transfer’s global pricing and margin strategy across transaction corridors and payout partners. Leads pricing managers, analysts, and operations; governs margin floors, pricing rules, promotions, competitor positioning, and rate automation. The role is accountable for take rate, transaction economics, consumer fairness, controlled pricing changes, and UK Consumer Duty compliance. It also chairs pricing governance, delivers pricing intelligence, builds the function, and partners with executive, finance, product, and technical teams.

Manages strategic and payout partner relationships, monitors SLA performance, coordinates issue resolution with internal teams, evaluates remittance corridors, supports launches and partnership expansion, and provides performance insights. The role drives partner satisfaction, operational efficiency, compliance awareness, and continuous improvement across the partner ecosystem.

Oversee end-to-end payment and acquiring operations across cards, acquirers, APMs, reconciliations, and settlements. Optimize authorization rates, routing, acceptance, fees, and partner performance using transaction analysis and dashboards. Manage scheme compliance, PCI, AML/CFT, safeguarding, operational resilience, incidents, audits, controls, and remediation. Lead continuous improvement, management reporting, procedures, and team members while advising senior management and collaborating with Product, IT, acquirers, and payment partners.

Provide independent Board-level oversight and constructive challenge on financial strategy, reporting, risk management, internal controls, audit, transactions, investments, funding, treasury, and regulatory capital. Chair or serve on the Audit Committee while supporting governance and sustainable growth across a regulated, international money transfer group. The role requires FCA regulatory awareness, financial expertise, integrity, and the ability to satisfy fit-and-proper and potential SM&CR requirements.

Support MySQL and MSSQL database environments across dev, staging, and production. Perform installation, configuration, backups, restores, monitoring, basic performance tuning, replication/HA support, security patching, automation scripting, incident triage, and collaborate with devops and infrastructure teams to ensure availability and operational consistency.

Support the MLRO to ensure AML/CTF compliance across products and jurisdictions: monitor regulations, manage transaction monitoring and investigations, submit SARs, oversee AML systems and vendor implementations, advise on financial crime risk, and prepare reporting for leadership and auditors.

Own end-to-end payout health: monitor transactions, detect and resolve exceptions, perform root-cause analysis, reconcile figures, coordinate with partners and IT, ensure SLA adherence, document integrations, and report KPIs monthly.

Support engineering and product teams by creating and maintaining SRS/BRDs, API docs (OpenAPI/Swagger), configuration and incident/RCA reports, data dictionaries, SDDs, release notes, and documentation templates while collaborating with engineers and DevOps.
