Generate leads, build executive relationships, negotiate and close complex 6- and 7-figure deals, develop sales strategy, and collaborate with product, technical, and GTM teams. Lead Sierra's largest, most complex enterprise deals by designing deal structures, managing risk, and building trusted C-suite relationships. Lead global accounting close including balance sheet reconciliations, expense accruals, and period analysis. Manage order-to-cash, invoicing, AR collections, and ASC 606 revenue recognition. Coordinate global and statutory audits and drive finance transformation by enhancing tooling and applying AI to scale and automate accounting processes.

Own marketing measurement and operations: design multi-touch attribution, build performance dashboards, analyze pipeline by segment, develop ICP scoring, run experiments, manage lead scoring/routing, and enable campaign execution and cross-functional reporting tied to revenue targets.

Build and lead a global sales enablement function: own onboarding, bootcamp, continuous learning, playbooks, measurement, and a team. Partner with RevOps, Sales Comp, and Deal Desk to drive faster ramp, higher quota attainment, and consistent sales execution.

As a Platform Deployment Architect, you'll manage customer deployments of Sierra's AI platform, ensuring compliance and operational efficiency while collaborating across teams and establishing scalable processes.
