Manage and mentor an APJ Sales Engineering team across Southeast Asia, Australia and New Zealand, Korea, and Japan. Lead technical sales engagements, build product demos, present solutions, support enterprise customers, establish team KPIs, and partner with Sales, Product, and Engineering. The role involves turning prototypes into durable platform capabilities, shaping product architecture, solving complex customer problems, and collaborating across product and engineering. Candidates should have strong systems fundamentals, customer orientation, technical judgment, and experience with Python, TypeScript, or Go and React.

Manage and scale Sierra’s partner ecosystem by driving onboarding, enablement, certification, governance, engagement, and operational support. Coordinate cross-functional initiatives across product, engineering, sales, marketing, legal, customer success, and partnerships. Build scalable playbooks and partner resources, support launches and joint go-to-market programs, manage partner communications and business reviews, and use performance data to improve activation, engagement, pipeline contribution, and revenue.

Design and demonstrate Sierra’s AI agent platform for enterprise customers, develop technical solutions, answer technical questions, and support the sales process. Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Agent Engineering teams to improve customer-driven solutions. Build executive and technical relationships, translate business problems into product solutions, and communicate effectively with technical and non-technical audiences in Spanish and English.

Manage global month-end close, prepare reconciliations and supporting documentation, review expenses and payroll entries, monitor cash and collections, coordinate audits, and partner with FP&A on reporting. The role also drives finance transformation by improving accounting processes, implementing close-management software, automating workflows, and applying AI to scale the accounting function.

Develop customer-specific value frameworks, ROI models, and investment cases for complex enterprise sales cycles. Partner with sales teams, customers, finance, operations, and executives to quantify business impact, including cost reduction, revenue growth, and customer loyalty. Build repeatable industry-specific business cases and establish the company’s business value methodology from the ground up while remaining hands-on with financial modeling and analysis.

Manage and scale ecosystem operations spanning Sierra University, partner enablement, developer relations, builder communities, certifications, content, and events. Build scalable processes, systems, reporting, and governance while coordinating cross-functional initiatives across Product, Engineering, Marketing, GTM, and Partnerships. Measure ecosystem health through program adoption, partner activation, engagement, content effectiveness, and customer feedback.

Coordinate daily office operations and maintain welcoming, well-organized customer-facing spaces. Responsibilities include reception, mail and package handling, inventory, gift assembly, meeting logistics, safety certification tracking, facilities requests, repairs, and new-hire onboarding support. The role partners with Operations, IT, HR, Executive Assistants, and property management, and requires an onsite presence in New York City five days per week.

Build frontend features across Sierra’s product and marketing sites. Develop Sanity CMS infrastructure, structured content models, preview workflows, analytics, experimentation, localization, and accessibility-focused components. Own Core Web Vitals, asset optimization, and performance improvements while collaborating with marketing, sales, operations, designers, and content teams.
