Builds recruiting infrastructure such as ATS processes, reporting, referral programs, and operating cadences. Partners closely with founders and leadership to define roles and attract high-performing talent in a competitive market.

Own full-cycle technical recruiting for engineering, product, and other business-critical roles. Responsibilities include sourcing passive candidates, calibrating roles with founders and leadership, managing high-touch candidate experiences, closing candidates, and building recruiting infrastructure such as ATS hygiene, reporting, and referral programs. The role requires independent execution in a fast-growing startup and is based in person in New York.

Own the customer support queue for an accounting SaaS platform, diagnosing issues through data, logs, queries, and ERP integrations. Resolve problems end to end, including shipping well-understood fixes with AI coding tools. Manage incidents, communicate with customers, identify product trends, build monitoring and support automation, improve knowledge systems, and coordinate with Product, Engineering, AM, and CSM teams. The role requires strong accounting knowledge, technical curiosity, clear communication, and sound prioritization under pressure.

Build customer-facing AI features and horizontal infrastructure to deliver trustworthy, auditable AI automation for financial accounting. Own full-stack feature development, measure and improve AI product efficacy, and make strategic product and technical decisions.

Build and operate Numeric’s financial data infrastructure, including ingestion pipelines, typed data contracts, lakehouse schemas, batch and event-driven processing, security controls, observability, and scalable reporting. Work across TypeScript, SQL, and Python while collaborating with accounting, reporting, and AI teams to deliver reliable, auditable, multi-tenant financial data systems.

Build and operate Numeric’s financial data platform, including scalable ingestion pipelines, typed data contracts, lakehouse schema management, data security, event-driven processing, observability, and reporting infrastructure. Work across TypeScript services, SQL, ClickHouse, Postgres, and transformation tools while partnering closely with accounting, reporting, and AI teams.

Build and own developer infrastructure including deployment pipelines, environments, infrastructure-as-code, observability, security, internal tooling, and AI tool hosting. Improve deployment safety, environment parity, developer productivity, incident management, and platform standards. Partner directly with engineers to create reliable self-service systems and shared infrastructure using AWS, containers, Terraform/OpenTofu, CI/CD, and observability tools.
