Build and optimize performance-critical execution systems for a Layer 1 blockchain and decentralized exchange. Responsibilities include developing low-latency order execution, event propagation, and state-update pipelines; optimizing concurrency, scheduling, memory, and I/O; ensuring determinism, correctness, resilience, and consensus compatibility; profiling bottlenecks; and shaping execution architecture. Senior and principal contributors will lead system design, mentor engineers, and establish high-assurance distributed execution standards.

Build and maintain backend services and infrastructure for a Layer 1 blockchain and native DEX. Develop APIs, data pipelines, RPC endpoints, explorers, and dev tools using Node.js, Rust, and other backend technologies. Write production-grade, well-tested code, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and contribute to architecture and technical decisions.
