Contribute to technical planning, product decisions, delivery estimates, prioritization, and team collaboration while maintaining reliable, maintainable, and high-quality systems.

Design, build, and deploy AI-powered products using frontier LLMs. Create agents, RAG systems, and backend services; evaluate and improve model quality, ensure trust/privacy, and collaborate with product, design, and finance teams.

Prospect and create sales opportunities with CFOs and finance leaders across the UK using multi-channel outreach. Conduct market research, maintain accurate customer and pipeline data, optimize sales funnel processes, and collaborate with Account Executives and Marketing throughout the sales cycle. Support UK partnerships by researching and qualifying prospective partners, conducting outreach to build the top of funnel, assisting in partner meetings and ongoing relationship management, and tracking pipeline and reporting in CRM. Collaborate with Partnerships, Sales, and Marketing to align prospects with Moss' commercial strategy and improve outreach processes. Own full-cycle talent acquisition across Germany, the UK, and the Netherlands, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, candidate management, and offer closing. Partner with leadership and hiring managers, advise on hiring decisions, improve recruitment processes, and share sourcing intelligence. Use AI tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, and n8n to improve recruiting efficiency. The role covers multiple functions and seniority levels, including C-suite hiring.

Own Moss’s technology vendor and contract landscape, including negotiations, renewals, licensing, and commercial optimization. Manage the Tech Operations budget, reduce shadow IT, and lead company-wide platform migrations, consolidations, and retirements. Establish intake processes, KPIs, and reporting while partnering with Legal, People Ops, FP&A, Information Security, and Tech Operations. The role also requires hands-on IT capability, practical AI automation experience, and strong documentation and process ownership.
